All our products are fully assembled and ready for use upon arrival.
All our products are handmade and manufactured to order, our craftsmen lovingly produce your items from scratch and quality checked to ensure it meets the highest standard required for little fingers. Due to this nurturing process expect to see your item(s) within 4 weeks of being born.
Free shipping on all of our products within in the UK mainland.
Items are shipped on either a pallet or by our courier service.
All pallet deliveries are kerb side and it is the customers responsibility to move the product to their premise where appropriate.
All deliveries are made mon-fri within normal business hours, and it is the customers responsibility to ensure there is someone to receive the order.
Deliveries during school holidays must be arranged in advance to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
A fee will be incurred where unsuccessful delivery occurs due to no one being available.
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.
Items may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order. In the same state as received; unused and undamaged.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
